Not Fab: H20 about to Shut Down due to Violence

*RUMOR ALERT * RUMOR ALERT*

According to one of my sources, last weekend at H20 was crazy...and not in a good way. Yes, Young Jeezy came through and lit the place up but afterwards violence ignited inside and outside the club. While someone got stabbed inside, another patron was almost stomped to death outside of H20.

Owner Abdul Khanu has hired many promoters to fill up this mega club located on the waterfront. But with paying out so many promoters, security has been lacking for months. Also, patrons have been able to get in with weapons inside the club through connections with 'security' guards, endangering patrons lives.

(On left) Abdul Khanu, Owner of H2O

Jeezy apparently was gone when the fights erupted and apparently management still allowed patrons to enter the club after the fight.

The club that night made over $20,000 (<-- *Correction* I think I added an extra zero as everyone noted...Anon, you're rude. Thanks.) off of party-goers from door sales alone. Still, with all that money coming into the club, security is still not doing it's job.

It's about time this stops. NOT.FAB.

Solange and Tommy from Martin Party in H20

In town for her performance at Stone Soul Picnic, Solange partied it up later that night at H20.

Look who else was spotted in H20? Tommyyyy from Martin. We were just reminiscing about our favorite Martin episodes too...(mine is when Martin and Gina went on vacation and the fake rat was attacking everybody).

Pic Recap: Ray J Showing His A-- at H20

Attention...

Whore...

Attention...

Whore...

Attention...

Okay...well maybe it was just the 'paparazzi'...maybe it's not Ray J.

And I just put this up cuz I think it's a bomb pic of Alizay! lol. :)

Mini Pic Recap: Carl Thomas at H20

So remember I told you about Carl Thomas being at H20? I got some pics just in case Carl has any more fans left out there....did I ever tell you that he performed at my church a couple years ago? Weird. I know.

Spotted: Andray Blatche Gets Lapdance at H20

LOL! I didn't put him on blast...but MediaTakeOut did! Washington Wizard's Andray Blatche gets a lapdance from some (sweaty lookin') chick in H20 (800 Water Street SW).

It looks like he's never gotten a lapdance before but that's really none of my business lol...

AKA Centennial | Saturday's Hot Spots

This Saturday to welcome the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha, the bruhs are throwing "The P&G Exquisite Affair" (I'll refrain from catin' the bruhs out on this one). It should be a crowded good time with DJ Alizay and DJ Biz Markie on the 1s and 2s. The party goes until 3 AM at the Historical Society of Washington DC (801 K Street NW). Tickets are $50 (oh hell no) and are on sale here.

If you don't want to be totally surrounded by sorority girls, try being totally surrounded by groupies at H20 (800 Water St. SW). Allen Iverson and his celebrity friends are rumored to be in the building including Nelly, Clinton Portis, Anthony Anderson and Jason Campbell.

And thanks to my blogger friend D, I found out DMV native Tony "The Tiger" Thompson will fight one of the Klitschko brothers tonight on HBO in Germany.

Fourth of July Fun | Thursday Events

BUT! Before I leave...of course I had to give you the rundown of what's poppin' while I'm away! (Be sure to send me all you comments, concerns, disappointments and praises of parties while I'm gone!)

Lookin' for something easy on the pockets? Try free! K Street Lounge (1301 K Street) is having a customer appreciation night thanks to The Usual Suspectz and J&K

Thursday night Cheeky is making Jin (2017 14th Street NW) pop off to get you ready for the "high holiday" (lol).  From 8-10 PM he'll have "vodka sampling" whatever that means. I mean the real question is, is that open bar or not?! :)

Of course, The Park (920 14th Street NW) has it's regular party going on...which should be more live than last week. Oh yea, $5 entrees are more like $10 entrees, don't be fooled. Still, it's a great crowd in a great atmosphere.

Station 9 (1438 U Street NW) looks very promising this week. HBO Def Poetry poet Asia (I don't remember him) will be in the building and they'll have drink specials and the like. Go here for a very chill evening although I heard on Saturday it was the 40 and older crowd in the building. Double boo.

For a more 'international' crowd, head to H20 (800 Water Street). They're having something for the Fourth of July holiday too.

The Fab! Rundown | The Saturday Night Edition

So in my effort to keep you better up to date on weekend activities, here are my Saturday night picks (Thanks to S. Breezy for calling me out and making me get my act together):

>> Sayo has been very consistent in bringing a good looking crowd to Penang (1837 M Street NW) and he wouldn't have it any other way... Cuz you will get denied if you're not fly. I also hear he's having an open bar until midnight. To get on the guestlist click here!

>>Whenever this monthly party rolls around, Olives (1600 K Street NW) is always filled to capacity with DC's sociables. This month, the boys have created a very unique theme: Technicolor. I hear they'll be a Ciroc open bar, a lounge sponsored by Vitamin Water, some major ballers (GROUPIE ALERT!) and there are rumors floating that the sexiest dark skinned brother I know will be in the building...Idris Elba (remember who told you first!) :)

>> Want groupie love? These people do...Seesinz from Flava of Love 3 and DeShawn Stevenson are hosting Saturday night at H20 (800 Water Street).

Those will be the best parties in the city... So yea, nothing else to say about that.

Happy weekend :)

I'm in NYC right now so I can't talk for long but here's what's up in the city.

>>> LGI throws "Addicted to Fresh" at Pasha (2417 P Street NW). Goldenboy and KI will be on the 1s and 2s but like I said...Pasha rarely pops off like that.

Feel free to check out the new spots like Pose (344 Waterfront Street) or some staples like Love (1350 Okie Street) or new staples like Josephines (1008 Vermont) or The Park at 14th (920 14th Street).

Okay...gotta run!

And stop thinking like that, I do love DC...I'm up here attending a wedding on Chelsea Piers (swank!)...be back in DC tommorow.

Luv you too,

DC Fab! Girl (and cut!)

Beenie Man at H20

Yup, it's true...Abdul is bringing Beenie Man to H20 (800 Water St. SW) on Friday. Where has he been at? Did anybody else luv his song with Mya???

Although it's 18+ (I guess the kiddies need luv too) DJ Alizay will be on the 1s and 2s...so at least the spot will be bumping.

DCFab!'s Friday Night Picks:

Aight peoples...sorry if you checked earlier and nothing was here. Momma was out handling her growns folks things -- getting my hair done :) I had a pamper-me-Friday. You gotta do that sometimes. Shout out to my sister who pampered herself too much today. Luv u too. (she prob not even reading this lol...okay I'm done)

I don't know about Friday nights in DC but I'm hardly impressed. It looks like the major clubs are offering a good time.

Love (1350 Okie Street) is having their usual Friday night party. I gotta shout out Marc & Taz for throwing a good party for Caron Butler yesterday.

H20 (8oo Water Street SW) is giving ladies free admission until midnight. They even have open bar from 9-11 if you get on the guest list. Click here boo.

Ibiza (1222 First Street NE) is trying to repeat what they created last weekend. I don't know if you can top a Missy Elliott performance and my fav morning drive-time funny man Russ Parr, but why don't you help them try tonight.

It was such a puuuurty day, so if this isn't your thing why don't you try wandering around U Street. My fav spots to chill are Jin, Mocha Hut, Tabaq and Pure.

That's all.

March Madness at H20

I'm not a club girl but I don't hate on those who still like to go. (Shout out to my old Hammerjacks crew!)

Anyway, tonight H20 (800 Water Street SW) is hosting what they call "Ballers & Babes"...last week they did have some New Orleans' Hornets up in the places so maybe the title is fitting.

Groupies, I'd def stop by here. You never know who might show up. :)
