Shawn Merriman sit down before you get hurt!!

Shawn, boo...take a seat! Although Merriman tried to play this season with two torn ligaments in his knee, this former Terrapin now has to undergo surgery.

Well...I'm glad he's getting himself better. It's not fab to be walking around with a bum leg all season and making the DMV upset everytime you fumble or fall down!

Spotted: Shawn Merriman at Danity Kane's Album Release

Former Terrapin Shawn Merriman (who now plays for the San Diego Chargers) was spotted at Danity Kane's album release party in Las Vegas. They had their party at The Bank in the Bellagio...oh yea congrats to the girls for their album being #1.
