I know I should be on board but this just seems like a group of people who haven't taken a vacation in 3-6 months and/or don't party regularly...D.C. citizens are rallying behind the DC Council's decision to push last call back to 5 AM. If you totally disagree with me, sign their online petition. Don't worry I won't be mad! :)
