Newseum Will be a Great Place to Watch Inauguration Festivities

(Photo: The view of the museum from Pennsylvania Avenue)

If you're like me and hate all things cold then why don't you try watching the Inauguration Festivities from the Newseum (555 Pennsylvania Ave.). It's right on Pennsylvania Avenue and it's warm! The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and you will be able to watch the parade from the huge windows on the far side of the building or on the Newseum's many balconies.

The swearing in of President-elect Obama will be shown on the huge TV in the lobby, so you won't miss a thing...and you can keep your baby toes from freezing off! :)

Never been to the Newseum, check out my virtual tour!
