> The Baltimore Washington Black McDonald’s Operators Association (BMOA) is hosting an unofficial inaugural ball at the City Club at Franklin Square (555 13th St NW). The night includes hor d’oeuvres, open bar and live music by Jonathan Davis Jazz Band and XPD’s Band and Show.
