Everybody is in planning mode and I'm sure a top ticket will be DC's Inaugural Ball, which will be held at the John A. Wilson Building (1350 Pennsylvania Ave. NW). I hear that tickets will only be $51, symbolic of it being DC's 51st Inaugural Ball and to draw attention to the fact that DC doesn't have Congressional voting rights.I don't know who asked the legendary godfather of Go-Go to perform, but indeed Chuck Brown has been asked.
