While at a Grateful Dead concert at the 9:30 Club, Jersey City councilmember Steven Lipski did what? PEED over the balcony!!!Talk about some ignorant mess...a source says he was very drunk and grinning while letting it rip over the balcony into the audience below.
Lipski defended himself saying he's an alcoholic (no, really?!) who had a little lapse while in DC.
