DC is known for grooming great comedians and Mike Brooks is no exception. Laugh Out Loud International brought this funny guy to a great, mellow spot on U Street called Indulj (1208 U Street NW). To an intimate mixed crowd, Mike kept the audience laughing. I got a chance to sit down with him before he ripped the stage:
