Can Fashion Fight Poverty? Panel at GWU

Join panelists Carmen K. Iezzi, Executive Director of the Fair Trade Federation; Elizabeth Latham, Executive Director of the U.S. Committee for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP-USA); Elizabeth Muir, Fashion Designer; Chris Belisle, President of Fashion Fights Poverty; and Sally Kurtz Schiff, Board Member from Nest at George Washington University's Jack Morton Auditorium (805 21st Street, NW) for a panel discussion on the relationship between fashion and issues such as environmental sustainability, fair trade, and equitable employment.

The discussion will be held on Monday, Oct. 27 from 7 - 10 PM. The panel discussion will be followed by a reception and vendor suite in the Brady Art Gallery (2nd Floor).
