With a great Welcome Ceremony yesterday, that brought out the Hill's heavy hitters (many of them who couldn't wait to get back to their offices to deal with this economic bailout), the District was buzzing with congress men and women, senators, and those just trying to rub shoulders with them.

>>>At the National Museum of Women in the Arts, BET President and CEO Debra Lee presented an award to a musical legend B.B. King who serenaded the audience for a short while. That building is gorgeous (perfect for a wedding reception). Also spotted was my representative Elijah Cummings (MD-7th District) with his wife.
