To celebrate the birthday of designer Kenny Flanagan, Alicia Keys was slated to join him along with promoters Ra Ra and Scotty, The Dreamteam and a host of others at Mayorga Cafe and Lounge (3301 14th Street NW).If you'll be looking for Ms. Keys don't look for her here (she had to cancel) but it's sure to be a good time anyway...stop by and check it out.
