Apparently, Mayor Adrian Fenty, who is also the head of the D.C. delegation at the DNC was missing in action.He was supposed to read D.C.'s vote into the record, but didn't turn up until 10 minutes AFTER the vote was read. D.C. gave 33 votes to Obama and 6 to Hillary.
Delegate Eleanor Holmes read the vote instead.
