A native of Silver Spring, Maryland and University of MD alum, Steve Francis recently hosted his annual Foundation Summer Fiesta, that raises money for the Brenda Wilson Scholarship Program.
The scholarship is named after his mother, whom he lost at an early age. It gives $10,000 scholarships to students and also works with the boys and girls club. Last weekend, he held his Summer Fiesta in Houston to raise funds.
