PBS sponsors a concert for Memorial Day to honor those fighting for whatever they think they're fighting for. It takes place on the West Lawn of the US Capitol on Sunday, May 25 at 8 PM. If you can't make it there or don't want to...they'll be airing it as well.

Scheduled to perform and make appearances are Gladys Knight, The National Symphony Orchestra, Tony Award winner Idina Menzel (you might have seen her in Wicked or Rent), Rodney Atkins ...yea, I'm yawning too...but at least General Colin Powell will speak. I wonder why good ole' Bush isn't...hmm...
