22nd Birthday Edition: We Poppin' Champagne...

Hello again...let me just get right into it. There's always so much going on:

Thursday, Oct. 11

As if Morgan students didn't have enough to do already, the S Squad felt the need to throw something at Club One (300 E. Saratoga St).

I actually like this club...they have four levels representing the different elements of the Earth like Fire, Water, Air and ...what's the last one? I guess Earth.

So Mz. Kitti, the host of that XM Radio show called "Raw" is celebratin' her b'day at Love (1350 Okie St.). (Shout out to all Libras!) Still...no one knows who she is cuz who can afford XM?

She brought along Dipset to help bring out more fans.

Saturday, Oct. 13 (My Birthday!)

The Nightlife Agency is launching a new event on Saturdays (as if there weren't enough parties on Saturday) at Fur, called The Mink Room (33 Patterson St. NE). (cute)

It'll be a mixed crowd, with probably alotta' Asians (no disrespect)...and they'll be playing Top 40, house, international. hmm. I'll pass.

I Heard...

> that Bow Wow and Omarion will be the grand marshals for Howard University's "Hollywood Howard Homecoming Parade". (Like why?)

> that my momma's favorite Chaka Khan will be the Mistress of Ceremonies for the parade on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 10 AM to noon.

> Also, sexy Tyson Beckford will be at LeDriot Park, where middle schools, high schools and local bands are competing for that gwap. It's called the 9th Annual “Chevy Showcase of Bands".

K, bye!
